This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.1114 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24689 of 2023, dated 28.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m.. until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.1114 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24689 of 2023, dated 28.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m.. until further orders is relaxed.
