This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.12.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Emalias , learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On 06.04.2015 there was no representation for the petitioner, hence the case was adjourned to 13.04.2015. On 13.04.2015 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there was no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.12 of 2015 and closed on 06.02.2015. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
