This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.359 of 2023, vide order dated 28.02.2023.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed with respect to the execution of sureties in Crl.R.C.No.359 of 2023, dated 28.02.2023, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
