Learned counsel for the applicant has placed before this Court an affidavit of the applicant stating that the vehicle, which is the subject matter of this application, has been surrendered by the respondent subsequent to the order passed by this Court, appointing an Advocate Commissioner to re-possess the vehicle.

2.A letter of the respondent dated 14.05.2025 has also been placed on record. Since the vehicle has been surrendered to the applicant by the respondent subsequent to the passing of the order, appointing an Advocate Commissioner to re-possess the vehicle, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application.
