This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court, by an order dated 24.06.2022, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14610 of 2022 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.45,000/- jointly as a non-refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust. However in the order copy, it is mentioned as Rs.45,000/- each . Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, para (5), para (8) and para 8(b) in the order copy are replaced as follows:

(5) ..... the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand) jointly as non refundable deposit....

(8) ......the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand) jointly as non refundable deposit....

8(b) the petitioners shall deposit sum of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand) jointly as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh. However, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to comply with the conditions. 13.07.2022 Sma
