ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of the law pursuant to the representation dated 09.05.2024 given to the respondent.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's name is not found in the F.I.R. However, during the course of investigation, the petitioner's name appears to have been suffered. Therefore, the respondent is asking the petitioner to appear. According to the petitioner, he is a tenant and he has no role to play in the alleged offence. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that FIR is registered in Cr.No.184 of 2024 before the respondent for the offences under Sections 451 & 307 of IPC and he may be directed to co-operate with the respondent police and he will not be harassed.
4. Recording the above, this petition stands closed by directing the respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today without harassing the petitioner. Since, the FIR is already registered, the petitioner shall co-operate with the respondent by being present as and when required.
