ORDER

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the present contempt petition has been filed after the limitation period of one year prescribed under Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and thus, submit that this Court may close this contempt petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out remedies open to him in law.
