ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents particularly Tahsildar and the Firka Surveyor, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District to survey the land of the petitioner in S.F.No.411/4 measuring 0.09.50 hectares of punjai land in Pannandhur Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District. The representation also seeks marking of the boundaries.

The petitioner claims that the aforementioned property was purchased by his father and the same had been settled in his favour vide Document No.745/2010 by his father. It is also stated that the land has to be measured and for that purpose, petitioner had also given a representation and also paid necessary charges. 3.

A direction is given to the respondents to proceed further on the basis of the representation and complete the said exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
