ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1853 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19828 of 2024, dated 21.02.2025, that the petitioners shall appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri once in a month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1853 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19828 of 2024, dated 21.02.2025 is relaxed.
