This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 13.10.2015 made in I.A.No.245 of 2014 in O.S.No.216 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Chengalpet, for impleading the

subsequent agreement holder as a party to the proceedings came to be dismissed.

2.At the time of admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that he has not canvassing the fair and decreetal order, but however, he wants early disposal since the suit is of the year 2004 and subsequently transferred and re-numbered in the year 2010. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed after confirming the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.No.245 of 2014 in O.S.No.216 of 2010 by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Chengalpet. However, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.216 of 2010 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
