ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's wife, namely Mrs.Uma Maheswari, aged about 29 years, had gone missing, he had given a complaint on 15.05.2024 before the second respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.314 of 2024. Since no steps were taken by the second respondent police to trace his wife, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, when the matter was called, both the petitioner and his wife viz., Uma Maheswari were present before us and they would state that they have reconciled and are living happily together. 3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs.
