This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1854 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25367 of 2024, dated 21.02.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri once in a month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
