ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of HMOP. No.314 of 2023, pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee.

3.The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is her husband. The petitioner filed HMOP. No.314 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee seeking for dissolution of her marriage with the respondent. The respondent has been set exparte by the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee. 4.It is stated that the respondent has filed an application seeking to set aside the exparte order.

5.Learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner is willing to give no objection for allowing the application filed by the respondent seeking to set aside the exparte order. The undertaking given by the petitioner before this Court through the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded. The HMOP is of the year 2023.

6.It is to be noted that the respondent has filed counter statement in the main HMOP. along with the application seeking to set aside the exparte order. 7.No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of HMOP. No.314 of 2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

8.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

9.For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of HMOP. No.314 of 2023, after taking on record the counter statement filed by the respondent in the main HMOP No.314 of 2023, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
