This petition has been filed to call for the records made in Crime No.153 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CCB-II, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.153 of 2019, the first respondent filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamalle, it has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.82 of 2020.
