O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law. 2.It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that there is a complaint pending as against the petitioner.

4.In such view of the matter, the police is directed to issue notice on causing appearance of the petitioner. On such notice, the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation. If at all, the investigation officer finds the issue is purely matrimonial dispute, then the parties shall be relegated to Civil Court.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
