Crl.MP.No.7190 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.8375 of 2023 A.A.NAKKIRAN , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8375 of 2023 on 18.04.2023 to stay at Tirunelveli and to appear before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
