This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.9119 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar police station, Chennai everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.9119 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar police station, Chennai everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
