This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 27.01.2022 in C.R.P. (PD) No.940 of 2019 and to restore the Civil Revision Petition on file.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay the cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, High Court of Madras, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stands automatically dismissed. On payment of cost, the C.R.P. (PD) No.940 of 2019 shall be restored to file.

5.Post the main matter for final disposal on 27.07.2022.
