Today, when the matters were taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, during the pendency of these Writ petitions, the petitioners' representations seeking issuance of patta have been considered and the same were rejected by the 3rd respondent, vide proceedings bearing Se.Mu.Aa.No.A2/2246/2022 dated 24.11.2022, on the ground that the subject land comprised in S.No.4/1 is classified as Sarkar poromboke and the above said order was submitted before this Court.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is 2/5
required in these Writ Petitions. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
