ORDER
The petitioner has made a representation on 16.04.2014 seeking claim under the insurance made for the coconut trees said to have been affected during the drought condition. As seen from the letter No.15/2013-14 dated 07.05.2014, on receipt of the same, the fourth respondent, after due inspection, has recommended the case of the petitioner to the third respondent. Despite the receipt of the same by the third respondent, no order is forthcoming, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties. 3.
Considering the abovesaid fact, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the basis of the letter dated 07.05.2014 sent by the fourth respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
