2. The petitioner seeks an issuance of patta/assignment for the petition mentioned site. The petitioner claims that she has been in possession of the same for a very long period.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the site has Page Nos.2/4

been classified as kallanguthu and that patta cannot be granted therefor. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. The 4th respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation and communicate the same to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
