(Crime No. 895 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition No.6(c) the petitioners shall report appear before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.14156 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020.

ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14156 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.14156 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
