ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested on 26.06.2021 for the offence under Section 147,294(b),341 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.285 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the deceased person due to previous enmity which ended in assault due to which he sustained injuries and subsequently died . Hence the complaint .

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had nothing to do with the alleged offence as stated by the prosecution and they are in judicial custody from 26.06.2021. Hence, he learned counsel prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner assaulted the deceased, due to which he died. He further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submits that Medical and chemical reports are awaited and investigation is still pending. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
