Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying to relax the bail condition 7(b) the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of 60 days and thereafter, as and when required for investigation in Crl.O.P.No.7574 of 2026 dated 25.03.2026.

respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of 60 days and thereafter, as and when required for investigation as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7574 of 2026 vide order dated 25.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7574 of 2026 vide order dated 25.03.2026 is modified, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
