ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records concerned in Crime No.159 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed before the Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC and ST Cases, Namakkal in Spl.S.C.No.9 of 2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the above matter.
