1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to expedite the trial in HMOP.No.5045 of 2018, within a stipulated time.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, there shall be a direction to the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the HMOP.No.5045 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
