This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.No.334 of 2022 dated 07.04.2022 to appear before the 2nd respondent police, daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are relaxed to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the 2nd respondent police once in a month at 10.30.a.m., for a period of five months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
