This is a third anticipatory bail petition, where a serious allegations against this petitioner is made in the complaint and the statement of witnesses that she had been running an unregistered Chit and cheated several investors to the tune of more than Rs.4.5 crores. Inspite of dismissing her anticipatory bail petitions on 09.03.2022 and the second anticipatory bail petition on 22.04.2022, the investigating officer is not capable of tracing the petitioner and secure her for interrogation.

2. However, this interference will not give any advantage to the petitioner herein to seek anticipatory bail.

3. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
