ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 17.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.4704 of 2026 that "Para 7(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 8(b) of the Order dated 17.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.4704 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
