Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd and 4th respondents vide ZoneVII/C.No.01587/2015 dated 18.08.2015, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider and issue licence to the petitioner to carry the petty shop at Mugappair West, Chennai besides the Corporation park and the bus terminus or to accommodate an alternate place to carry shop for his rehabilitation.
