O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for the relief to call for the records in Crime No.139 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.P.S.Kothandaraman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. There is no representation on the side of the respondents 2 & 3.

3. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on instructions would submit that in respect of petition mentioned Crime No.139 of 2018, the first respondent being the investigation officer completed the investigation, he filed a Final Report as mistake of fact before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, after serving RCS Notice No.12 of 2018 to the petitioners. The said submission is recorded.

4. Therefore, in view of the fact that already final report has been filed in the petition mentioned crime number, no further order is necessary in this petition.

5. Hence, for the reasons stated above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar nl To 1.The Inspector of Police, Sathanur Dam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District.
