As against the order dated 26.09.2014 passed by the District Collector, Ariyalur vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8092/2014/C2, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the respondent on 20.11.2014 in Appeal No.77 of 2014. Seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his appeal and dispose of the same, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 2.
Taking into consideration the pendency of the petitioner's Appeal and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's Appeal in Appeal No.77 of 2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
