ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to comply with the order dated 11.11.2014 passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thenkanikottai in Crl.M.P.No.3055 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thenkanikottai by filing Criminal Revision before the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri and the same has been numbered as Criminal Revision STOR No.1/2014.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to participate in the aforesaid Criminal Revision Case.
