ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.8(b) order dated 29.01.2025 made in Crl.OP.No.659 of 2025 passed by this Court.

Considering the submissions the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. All the other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
