Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to invoke the power vested with him under Section 36 of the Societies Registration Act, to resolve the dispute relating to renewal of petitioner's membership in M/s.Tirupur Cosmopolitan Club, Registration No.3/1939-40 by the 2nd respondent on the basis of petitioner representation dated 01.04.2023.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
