(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioners herein/legal representatives of the deceased respondent to continue the proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.9900 of 2016.

2. This petition is not opposed by the respondents/accused 1 and 2.

3. In such view of the matter, this petition is ordered and the petitioners herein are impleaded as the respondents in Crl.O.P.No.9900 of 2016. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
