ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to the first respondent to register the complaint dated 09.06.2013.

2. It is averred in the petition that one Lavakumar has executed a Power of Attorney in favour of the petitioner and thereby permitted the petitioner to sell house plots situate in Survey Nos.128/1, 19/2, 129/3 and in pursuance of the Power of Attorney Deed, the petitioner has sold certain plots, but all of a sudden, the said Lavakumar has cancelled the Power of Attorney Deed executed in favour of the petitioner and thereby cheated him. Under such circumstances, the complaint in question has been given to the first respondent, but the first respondent has not registered the same and therefore, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint dated 09.06.2013 and also considering the fact that the same has not been looked into by the first respondent, the following direction can be given:

"In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
