ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person and body of the petitioner's wife Gomathi @ Selvi, aged about 24 years, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured on 20.10.2020 and handed over to the petitioner. The petitioner has also withdrawn the complaint itself.
