This Review Applicaion has been filed under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section114 of the Code of Civil Procedure to review the order passed in W.P.No.23396 of 2014 dated 22.01.2015 passed by this court.

PRAYER IN WP.No. 23396 of 2014: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with the order of rejection Rc. No.167756/ AP.IV (2)/2011 dated 24.4.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revoke the suspension and reinstate into service with all service benefits.
