The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 28.11.2025 in EA.No.13/2025 in EP.No.589/2018 in RCOP.No.343/2012.

2.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 47 days in filing the revision, is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if the papers are otherwise in order.
