The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the counsel appearing for the petitioner in the lower Court informed him that the petitioner died on 14.08.2017 and she has no other legal heirs, except respondents 4 to 6. He has also filed a memo to record the death of the petitioner.

2. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the memo filed to that effect, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
