ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Today, when the matter is listed for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) informed before this Court that the respondents have considered the application filed by the petitioner dated
18.10.2021 and reminder letter dated 25.03.2023 and passed final order and also, it was communicated to the petitioner through RPAD, however, the same was returned with an endorsement "left". He further submitted that the copy of the final order has been served to the counsel for the petitioner.
2. Inview of the above, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infrctuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to challenge the above said final order passed by the respondents, if the petitioner so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
