ORDER

This writ petition is filed, seeking order pending conciliation, which is admittedly over and thereafter, a dispute has been raised and the same is pending consideration in I.D.No.5 of 2014, on the file of the Central Industrial Tribunal, Chennai. Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that the dispute is pending for more than 2 1⁄2 years, a direction is issued to the Central Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Chennai, to dispose of I.D.No.5 of 2014, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
