ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that already a civil dispute is pending, in O.S.No.62 of 2020 before the Additional District Munsif, Vellore, between the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 3 and 4. However, the respondents 3 and 4 are giving false complaints as against the petitioner one after another due to the civil dispute. Based on the same, the second respondent police is continuously harassing the petitioner, without considering the pendency of the civil dispute. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4 , enquiry has been conducted and closed and hence, the petitioner is not required for enquiry.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
