PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.07.2014 and forbear the respondents from their men, servants or agents or anyone claiming under them from in any manner preventing or blocking the entrance to the shops and the hotel building of the petitioner in Burkit Road and from putting up any permanent or temporary structure for bus shelter alongside the southern boundary to the property at Door No.39 and 40 Burkit Road, T. Nagar, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as on date there is no problem for them and therefore there is no necessity to consider the writ petition at present and she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitio.

2. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to approach this Court whenever any necessity arises in this regard. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
