This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in earlier disposal of the E.P.No.2191 of 2010 in O.S.No.1623 of 1997. 1/4

2.On perusal of the case diary, it is seen that the delivery has already been ordered and because of some obstruction petition, the delivery could not be effected.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have filed a petition to remove the obstructors in E.A.No.1 of 2021; this said petition is pending and being adjourned to several hearings. 4.It is reliably learnt that an appeal has also been preferred challenging the decree and the same was also dismissed and thus the decree has attained finality. Under such circumstances, the learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai needs to dispose of any applications and pass necessary orders to conclude the execution proceedings.

5.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of any 2/4
