This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that shall report before the Respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No18828 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21192 of 2022 on 15.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
