On 5 October 2015, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the matter was adjourned to 26 October 2015 on the ground of inability of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Again, when the matter came up for hearing on 26 October 2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated his inability. Even today, the matter stands on the same footing. Hence, this petition is dismissed as not being prosecuted properly. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if so advised. No costs.
