The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition praying for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to petitioner by considering petitioner's representation, dated 15.03.2023.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the said representation of the petitioner, dated 15.03.2023, conduct enquiry, give an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties including the respondents 3 and 4 herein and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner and it is for the respondents 1 and 2 to decide the same.
4. With the aforementioned directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed off.
