ORDER

This petition is filed praying to call for the records of the proceedings of 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.5815/2014 (A2) under section 107 of Cr.P.C initiated pursuant to the FIR on the file of second respondent in Crime No.710 of 2014 and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners that though the petitioners have challenged the notice dated 19.12.2014 issued by the first respondent, the petitioners may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be permitted to appear before the first respondent and give their explanation and first respondent may be directed to consider the representation and pass orders.

4.Considering the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners as well as other parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The petitioners are granted liberty to challenge any final order passed by the first respondent, if they are so aggrieved.

5.With the above observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
